Do you want to help shape the global Salesforce environment of one of the world’s largest HR service provider as a Salesforce Developer Dev 1 ?. Defining, building and continuously improving the solution more than 25.000 people will use on a daily basis? Helping shape the working life of more than 500 million talented individuals? As part of building a global Salesforce programme we are looking for multiple experienced Salesforce Developers. You work closely with our Technical lead, product owner and other salesforce developers and consultants to implement and integrate a global package of features based on Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Bullhorn for Salesforce, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity management, pricing and quoting. You will build custom solutions on top of the Salesforce platform using out-of-the-box functionality and be focused on declarative programming, develop technical design and solution documentation aligned with the business objectives, develop interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform and integration with other systems. At my customers side, they are working on several Salesforce projects at this moment. Your focus will be on the regional implementation team, which works closely with and between the global center of excellence and our Dutch development team.
Who are You
You have a minimum of 5 years experience within Salesforce development, ideally with a Salesforce platform Developer 1 (Dev 1) Certificate, and have demonstrated experience with:- Salesforce Lightning;
- Lightning Flows;
- Experience with API’s for integrations;
- Apex triggers & classes;
- Writing custom APEX API’s (REST / SOAP)
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment;
- Salesforce platform developer 2 (Dev 2) Certificate;
- Integration architecture Designer certificate;
- Lightning components;
- Lightning web components.

What You Will Do
- Are responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in various sectors;
- Analyses specific business processes and bottlenecks;
- These analyses are converted into business process flowcharts;
- Configures desired modules in Dynamics Business Central;
- Ensures, together with a team of other experts, that the desired solution is delivered, tested and implemented;
- Gives presentations, trainings and user workshops;
- Ensures maximum customer satisfaction;
- Actively contributes to the knowledge development within company.

- HBO / wo working and thinking level;
- Minimum of 3 years recent work experience as ERP Consultant (preferably Dynamics);
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central is an absolute plus;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- You are capable of giving advice and you have the necessary technical knowledge;
- You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and perseverance;
- You see opportunities and seize them with both hands;
- Dynamics certifications and knowledge of deploying add-ons are an advantage.

Controller
For our international client (solar industry), we are looking for a Financial Controller (m/f)
You are going to assist Finance in relation to the local accounting, reporting and tax processes, provide support to the asset management activities and maintain compliance administration. The position ensures compliance in all aspects of internal and external accounting and financial reporting for the portfolio in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Financial and Management Reports:- Oversees the general accounting function, inclusive of processing and maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data for day to day business transactions
- Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules
- Prepare invoices, handle the incoming invoices, prepare reconciliations, initiate fundings and payments
- Prepare the monthly group reporting to the head office
- Ensure filing of finance administrative documents, data, workbooks and internal controls are maintained and optimized
- Assist in the preparation of reports for external reporting (e.g. monthly/quarterly management reports to the BoD as well as statutory annual financial statements)
- Monitor monthly actual results against the budget and prepare an overall review and analysis of the variances
- Perform other accounting / finance related and office duties or tasks as assigned from time to time
- Provide assistance to the (external) auditors and handle matters raised by the auditors.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and monitoring of the statutory audits
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting in accordance with operating plans and Group policies
- Design, implement and maintain the company’s ICFR based on group guidelines
- Responsible for tax compliance
- Manage all statutory tax reporting and tax filings (VAT, CIT)
- Contribute to ensure tax optimization
- Assist the Dutch legal counsel in various legal undertakings, such as drafting ad-hoc board meeting minutes, resolutions, review contracts, interact with our external legal counsel with respect to legalizations and various related undertakings
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Solid academic results
Work experience:
- 3-5 years of experience within the areas of finance, accounting, auditing, tax and internal controls
- Preferred experience from the trust / financial services industry
- Preferred international experience;
- Expertise in IFRS and local GAAP accounting, and internal controls
- General Tax knowledge
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active and outgoing mentality (doesn’t let things happen or slide)
