The ideal candidates are individuals with a sales hunter mentality, possessing functional and IT experience in logistics and supply chain management. This role emphasizes the ability to understand customer needs, translate them into tailored solutions, and effectively close deals. Navitrans is a leader in the development and distribution of software for transport and logistics service providers, operating globally with offices in Belgium, Denmark, Lithuania, and the Netherlands. Responsibilities

  • Identify and match customer needs with Navitrans and partner solutions.
  • Utilize communication skills to guide customers in making informed decisions on software choices.
  • Stay updated on digital advancements to provide advice on connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues under the guidance of a Sales Manager.
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective organization of work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • Five years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with sales of logistics software solutions and supply chain management.
  • Perseverance and a view of sales as a challenging and top-level sport.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, incisive, and proactive action.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • A third language like Danish, French or German is advantageous.

  • Own offices in Belgium, Denmark, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.
  • Sales roles are open in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
