Project Manager Belgium

Navitrans International NV, you are responsible for advising our customers on implementation processes. You are an expert in translating processes into an efficiently working solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We also invite candidates who wish to work hybrid to apply! You will be responsible for monitoring the following three (3) key components of a project: scope, budget and timing. You will manage your project team with the aim of delivering the best possible quality. You will ensure correct and clear communication both internally and to the client. You are the leader of your team and are able to integrate and inspire everyone in the team. Moreover, you are also responsible for the correct billing information of your project customers, reporting and administration of your projects. Finally, you are also co-responsible for smooth communication and cooperation between sales and operations. Navitrans develops and distributes software for transport and logistics service providers from its head office in Belgium and has offices in the Netherlands, Denmark, and Lithuania. Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Business Central platform is the basis for Navitrans. Microsoft is her strong technology partner for more than 20 years and ready for ”the challenges of the future”. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have an Bachelor’s degree or that working and thinking level;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager or other responsible position for a project-based work environment. Knowledge and/or experience in the logistics industry is a plus, but not a requirement;
• You have perseverance and see projects as a challenge;
• You are an enthusiastic goal-oriented team player, which makes both the project team and the customer like you;
• Analytical thinking, incisive and proactive action;
• Excellent communication and people management skills;
• Independent in work and structured with an eye for detail;
• Result and quality oriented;
• Command of Dutch and English in word and writing;
• A third language like Danish, French and/or German is an advantage.
