What You Will Do

  • Are responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in various sectors;
  • Analyses specific business processes and bottlenecks;
  • These analyses are converted into business process flowcharts;
  • Configures desired modules in Dynamics Business Central;
  • Ensures, together with a team of other experts, that the desired solution is delivered, tested and implemented;
  • Gives presentations, trainings and user workshops;
  • Ensures maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Actively contributes to the knowledge development within company.

You are an energetic team player who can also work independently, a result-oriented thinker and doer with the right mind-set in terms of collegiality, quality and customer focus. You are enterprising, like to seek out and, if necessary, push back boundaries. The nature of the work requires – depending on the stage of the project – a flexible attitude regarding travel and working hours. With your analytical and communicative skills you are the ideal sparring partner for our (inter)national customers.

What can you

  • HBO / wo working and thinking level;
  • Minimum of 3 years recent work experience as ERP Consultant (preferably Dynamics);
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central is an absolute plus;
  • Good command of Dutch and English;
  • You are capable of giving advice and you have the necessary technical knowledge;
  • You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and perseverance;
  • You see opportunities and seize them with both hands;
  • Dynamics certifications and knowledge of deploying add-ons are an advantage.

Project Manager Belgium

Navitrans International NV, you are responsible for advising our customers on implementation processes. You are an expert in translating processes into an efficiently working solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We also invite candidates who wish to work hybrid to apply! You will be responsible for monitoring the following three (3) key components of a project: scope, budget and timing. You will manage your project team with the aim of delivering the best possible quality. You will ensure correct and clear communication both internally and to the client. You are the leader of your team and are able to integrate and inspire everyone in the team. Moreover, you are also responsible for the correct billing information of your project customers, reporting and administration of your projects. Finally, you are also co-responsible for smooth communication and cooperation between sales and operations. Navitrans develops and distributes software for transport and logistics service providers from its head office in Belgium and has offices in the Netherlands, Denmark, and Lithuania.   • You are an enthusiastic goal-oriented team player, which makes both the project team and the customer like you;
  • Analytical thinking, incisive and proactive action;
  • Excellent communication and people management skills;
  • Independent in work and structured with an eye for detail;

  • A third language like Danish, French and/or German is an advantage.
